The hotel itself was very good but getting the car back from the car park to the front of the hotel was a nightmare. I think that's just the nature of Sydney streets, though! We also had trouble finding the hotel driving in from Melbourne. Luckily the staff were so helpful and directed us on the phone.

Wow, I was so surprised how convenient Furama Hotel was to everything we needed to go to. The Hotel was very clean, excellent bedding and the staff are amazing. So many amazing restaurants for fabulous food, excellent shopping and very close to entertainment plus a short walk for me from Central Station. Thank you so much Furama Hotel, we will be back soon. 💖

Not worth the hefty price for the not so good rooms. Not so clean carpets, stinking refrigerator, and too small rooms. On top of that, parking can be pain in the neck, it’s far away in a separate paid parking building.

Overall our stay a furama was lovely. The king room was huge with city views. We had breakfast every morning and there was a big variety, something for everyone! They also changed the options daily for those staying for multiple days. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The only downside of our stay was the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived overall it looked fine however all the mirrors still had dirty smudge marks on. We stayed for 6 nights so we did opt to have daily housekeeping. We had a lovely woman the first few days who did a great job, everything looked fresh when we returned, like we'd first checked in! However, the last few days we noticed we had a different member of staff and the standards did slip. The coffee mugs weren't changed out for clean ones, nothing seemed to have been neatened up bar the bed & the amenities weren't refreshed!

You first walk into a lobby that is overpowering with a cheap unpleasant smell. The staff at check in were kind and comprehensive with detail The room was a good size for a 2 bedroom hotel for the kids. So much rubbish under the beds and couch which of course 2 and 4 year old boys find. That makes it rather unpleasant. The buffet breakfast had great options for everyone and wait times werent too long Overall a good place but areas to improve.

Perfect Location for Darling Harbour

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were able to accommodate a last minute change in plans. The hotel is located in a perfect spot for Darling Harbour and the Haymarket shopping as well as good Asian dining.

Darling Harbours best!

The desk personnel were extremely accommodating. Received many directions from them on local activities or places to go. Also, the security in the places is terrific with key card access late at night to the front door and key card access 24 hours to your room floor love the place close to everything you want in darling Harbor. Pricing is incredibly economical in comparison to others.

Smoothest business trip I have experienced

My stay was good from the start, quick and easy check in, the person attending to me, gave me perfect instructions on how to get to the car parking. The room was OK, and the breakfast was way more tempting than I could possibly eat All staff were friendly at all times, and were a credit to your organisation
