Convenient Location

Excellent location and proximity to Burwood Chinatown and train station. I had booked & paid for a park view room but was allocated a room without a view (looked out onto an aircon unit on a roof) which is a shame. Special mention to the cafe staff- I had ordered dinner late and arranged to pick up. When I returned to collect, the kitchen was running a bit behind and the kind staff member offered to run the food up, instead of me waiting, which I sincerely appreciated- the food was delicious!

Location nice -- but some service issues

Location is pretty central in Burwood. Had multiple techincal issues: 1. Fridge stopped working (had to convince staff for replacement) 2. TV had errors before it worked 3. Room tablet device was not working The outside of entrance was dirty so I asked it to be vacuumed which was organised promptly

There was only one staff and no concierge to help us to take our luggages to our room. Apart from running under low staff with limited extra request available to the hotel, the available staff did what they could to help us to get extra pillow at night. Appreciate for her effort.

We had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Burwood. We booked for 2 adults and 3 children, unfortunately arriving to our room we had to organise an extra bed. The shower wasn't the cleanest with brown hair through it still (we don't have long brown hair) Staff was amazing

Staff were very friendly. The kids loved the Skye pool. Close to Burwood Westfield for shopping and China town for dinner. Two massive kids park located across the road which we walked to each day. Loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.
