Shower leaked on the floor every time you had a shower it seemed that the screen had broken away from the bathtub. View was horrible with Jason to an old building next door. Neighbours was very noisy next door we could hear every word that wa spoken, would not stay again

Room was old and tiny. Bathroom appeared unclean and stained, outdated with shower above bath. Not enough pillows. Minimal lighting. Noisy. Buffet breakfast food was awful. Not fresh, overcooked, food Not topped up, fruit was soggy. Would not stay here again. $450 for 1 night including parking. Not even worth half that amount. Disappointing to say the least.

Comfort Undermined by Locked Air Conditioning

I stayed at this hotel recently and while the room itself was clean and comfortable, I was very frustrated that I couldn’t control my own air conditioning. The system seemed locked, and despite trying to adjust it, the temperature stayed the same. For me, having control over the room climate is an important part of comfort when staying in a hotel, and not being able to do so made the stay less enjoyable. On the positive side, staff were polite and the facilities were otherwise fine, but I would strongly recommend the hotel allow guests to adjust their own room temperature—it makes a big difference.
