Fantastic location near train and light rail links and easily walkable to the main harbour areas. There was a system issue when we arrived but the manager and staff handled the situation incredibly calmly and were so helpful. The room was lovely and the works happening nearby that the hotel warned us about were not disruptive as there was good soundproofing.

The property is very modern and the apartment was very well equipped. It has a very calming feel inside and, although at times there was construction work going on outside, it still managed to retain that calmness. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good sized balcony to sit out on. The location is good with the Sydney Opera House within walkable distance or a short tram ride away. We had an enjoyable stay.

시드니 시내 구경하기 위치가 좋습니다. 4인 가족이라 커넥팅 룸에서 지냈는데 식기세척기가 잘 동작하지 않았어요. 바닥 먼지등이 남아있어, 청소가 깔끔하지 않지만 침구나 수건은 새것으로 잘 채워줍니다

I couldn't figure out how to get my washing out of the machine. I couldn't figure out how to close the electronic blinds. The lift was hard to use as well. It was like Star Trek with no manual. Not for you, if you have autism. So hard. Dishwasher also impossible to understand. Insane hi tech.

You need better service for luggage pick up and drop off for guests due to road works that are unavoidable I know but maybe offer a better option as with 2 kids we had to lug heavy bags from hotel to the Wilson’s car park. Maybe offer a perk or discount for this inconvenience?

The staff is the best asset. They are very friendly. I like the location. It was easy to come and go. I enjoyed so much my first stay that I came back for another day before departing Australia. Looking forward to come back to Sydney and to stay back at this hotel.
