We had the worst room I’ve seen in all our many trips to Sydney. There was absolutely nowhere to lay out a suitcase in the room. No space at all. It wasn’t cleaned properly, and the bathroom even had wee stains on the floor around the toilet. Also very noisy form the road it was next to.
After our apartment and a bunch of others lost power during our stay, instead of simply resetting the fuse switch, they insisted on waiting almost a full day for an electrician to come and do it for them. Eventually we gave up and asked to be moved to a room that had power. The new room has a little more space for suitcases, but was also dirty, and bizarrely missing some basics like two pillows, a range of towels, and tea bags.
Reception gave us these but never apologised for the power outage, or for the missing amenities. Some of the staff were nice, but others grumpy and unhelpful.
We would not return here.
