Seven Seas-7C - Great condo with community pool & tennis courts!

Very neat and tastefully decorated lower unit. Enjoy ocean, pool, and tennis court views from the back deck as you dine at the bistro table or swing in the porch swing. This unit has all the modern amenities including wireless internet and three flat screen TV's (TV in both bedrooms). Book it and enjoy paradise. Enjoy the amenities of the pool, tennis court, grill and private beach access.

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.

RVs, Boats, Trailers, Golf Carts, Electric Motor Vehicles and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot. Renters are not permitted to invite guests to use the Captain’s Villas amenities (pool, tennis courts, private beach access). Amenities are only for renters actually staying at Captain’s Villas.
