Guests have access to entire house to themselves including on-site laundry, rec room, and spacious patio. Had everything we needed and we loved the location. There are a couple details that could be improved on like melted plastic utensils in the kitchen,and pet hair cleaned throughout the house. I did book thinking there were 4 bedrooms as advertised but it is 3 bedrooms with a fold out bed that can be made in the basement plus a large couch that the host puts bedding on. I should have cleared that up before I booked since I was scrolling through the pictures trying to figure out the layout when I booked. If the listing said 3 bedrooms that would have been more clear and understandable.

The home was extra clean especially the bathrooms!! In addition it was beautifully renovated and obviously designed with guests’s comfort and convenience in mind. All the amenities provided were ample, clean and well stored. We picked this home for the hot tub which was clean and well maintained. The back yard was private and nicely lit and furnished. We had an easy check in and great host communication!

Henley House in the majestic town of Port Dalhousie was the perfect home for our family’s stay. These hosts thought of everything, super clean, beautiful decor, comfy beds, plenty of towels and amenities, fully stocked kitchen with special touches of coffee pods, sugar, teas, and other basics. Plenty of room to socialize, games /books in basement. Perfect for a family or large group. We were there to watch our son row at nearby Henley so didn’t have time to use the beautiful back yard and hot tub. Easy check in and checkout, very quick and efficient communication. One of our best Vrbo experiences!

Great vacation rental

We stayed for the Canadian Henley- two moms and two teenage boys. It was convenient, clean and comfortable. Alex was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The house is exactly as described in the listing with comfortable beds and great showers.

The place was perfect! I was in St Catherine’s for Masters Canadian Henley. We brought bikes and rode the short distance to the course. The kitchen was well appointed, clean, withe k cup and regular coffee maker. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The king bed was so comfortable that I want to buy one. We used the hot tub and fire pit - both great. The only improvement would be to supply more towels.

Gorgeous home in lovely location

We loved our stay at Henly House. The check in process was easy. The house was exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and ready for us to be at home. Niagra and Toronto are within easy driving distance. The home was surrounded by vineyards and easily accessible to shops, restaurant and bars.

This property was exceptionally clean with an adequately stocked kitchen. The expectations are clearly laid out and communication with the hosts was consistent. The beds were very comfortable. Te only minor criticism is that there was only 1 TV where it said there were 2. We would happily stay there again with our family.

Pictures don't do this property justice. Lots of room for 8 guests, as it has two separate living room areas and a large table. Also a spacious backyard with tons of seating options. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals at home. Enjoyed our stay, clean, lots of towels and extra blankets for beds. Wish we stayed longer!! Thanks Alex and Amelia :)
