I was unable to come because I have cancer and was too sick to travel and they will not refund the amount. We go to the hospital and it was another 50 miles to the hotel I called them at 10:30 am to cancel and was informed to cancel through your site and then then what refund a dying woman’s request. I need this money for treatment and they are uncaring. Uncompassionate and unwilling to help me when I am weak and frail and sick I am ashamed of them and their maager

Some good things were a friendly staff, a name brand artificial sweetener instead of an awful kind, and fresh fruit on breakfast bar. Unexpected things were a couple of live bugs and thin walls. Could have been that there were just loud children next door. I didn't ask to change rooms, but I'm sure they would have accommodated me. I'm pretty laid back but, hey, you asked!

It was our return trip to St Augustine. And this time was for our 15 years anniversary. The staff were amazing with all of their hospitality. We see all the improvement the new owners are making. Beautiful property with amazing potentials.
