The studio was very clean and spacious. The property was beautiful, well maintained and quiet. It was far away from everything yet close enough to get most anywhere in 10 min. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries. A peaceful retreat from busy lives. I would stay here again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this location. It was quaint and concise, but very inviting. Everything was in great working order and the unit was extremely clean. We highly recommend anyone to rent this unit when in Saint Augustine.

It was clean and quiet. I was not impressed with urinal in the bathroom. The toilet set to close to the floor. There was no extra toilet paper. Only one trash bag. There was little water pressure in the shower. There were not enough towels or hand towels. The washer/dryer did not work. The only appliance I used was the refrigerator. The bed was placed so it was uncomfortable to watch tv. The bed was too high. Not happy I couldn't have a visitor on the property. Parking was past end of pool.

We had a wonderful stay. minutes from the historic district. the Cove Studio is very nice and quiet. Everything you might need is there. Easy to check in and out, with no hassle. Sailor's Cove Studio is beautiful and we will be going back again. THANK YOU.

We truly enjoyed our stay and an easy trip into St Augustine for the Nights of Lights. The king size bed was very comfy and although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well equipped. My husband really liked having hot cocoa available. We would definitely stay again. Maybe next time it will be warm enough to use the pool.

Well kept property, clean, quiet, spacious. Room is big with high vaulted ceiling. Kitchenette had everything along with washer and dryer. Nice size bathroom. I would highly recommend this place for adults. Close to downtown, old district St. Augustine, shops, restaurants and night life. Sergey is a wonderful, professional host. He responded in a timely manner.

Loved our short stay of touring St Augustine

I was a little leery being connected to the host house, but our living area was very secluded and private. It was roomier than the pictures show, super nice furnishings and several extras that most VRBO’s don’t offer. If ever in this area again I would definitely rebook.

Best place we've EVER stayed in!!

This was such a wonderful stay! We were MORE than pleased by the well-appointed property. The property owner, Sergey, is personable, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is like a studio apartment with every single thing we needed, and then some. Tastefully furnished and I must say, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in....better than our high-end mattress!! It was great to have access to a washer/dryer on our week long stay as we went to the beach often and had the luxury of fresh beach towels, which Sergey provided. It was SO lovely to open the door and have coffee by the beautiful pool. Sergey provides the coffee maker and coffee! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat in, which we did not, but he has everything you would need if you wanted to, including basic seasonings, hot plate to cook on, pots and pans, microwave, utensils, fridge, separate and efficient ice maker, selection of teas, and so much more... Sergey's home is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, ample parking, and the resident unsocial kitty. :) It's central to everything you would need on your trip. Overall, this stay was a 20 out of 10. We plan on going back to St. Augustine and won't stay anywhere else. Thank you Sergey!! Our trip was good, and you made it great!

Peaceful stay at Sailor's Cove Studio.

We had a Clean, Quiet, and Safe stay. The host was very courteous and gracious. I would most certainly recommend a stay here.
