Living spaces
The condo opens into a bright, open living area designed to make the most of its oceanfront location. Large picture windows frame panoramic water views and fill the space with natural light throughout the day. Comfortable seating creates a relaxed place to gather after beach walks or to settle in for a movie night with the TV and standard cable. WiFi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests with thoughtful separation and comfort. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean views, direct access to the outdoor lanai, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. The third bedroom includes a twin daybed with a trundle, well suited for additional guests or families. Two full bathrooms serve the condo.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen gives you space to prepare meals at your own pace, with major appliances and a functional layout that supports both quick breakfasts and shared dinners. A dining table nearby offers room to gather and linger over meals, while the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living and beach access
The covered lanai is a natural extension of the living space, ideal for breezy mornings, quiet afternoons, or watching the colors change over the water. From the building, direct beach access places you just steps from the white sands of Crescent Beach, making shoreline walks and ocean time easy to enjoy year-round.

Community amenities and access
Guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and free parking with two dedicated spaces. An elevator serves the building for easy arrivals and departures, and self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth start to your stay.

Whether you’re balancing work and downtime or simply settling into beachside living, the location supports a relaxed and flexible stay.
