You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Relax and enjoy the beautiful palm surrounded lagoon!
This three bedroom, second floor unit overlooks one of two community pools and the building does provide elevator access. The spacious accommodations offer dining for six, a fully equipped kitchen with all of your food prep needs and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king as does the second bedroom and the third has two queens. The community has two pools, one behind the unit that is heated during the winter months and a zero entry next to the dunes at the beach access. 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. Walk or bike to many dining and shopping opportunities. No smoking, Pets allowed with a $250 pet fee and $25 increase to the cleaning fee.

Safe and everything worked
Beach a 3 minute walk, can’t see or hear it from this balcony, but you are overlooking the pool. Keurig coffee maker was dirty, so had to go out for coffee every morning, but air conditioner, hot water, dishwasher, clothes washer all worked each day so that was nice. Parking is tight. Teens walked to golf one night so that was convenient. Could use update to furnishings (dirty old carpet). And it’s pet friendly which Indodnt mean to book but no pet hair anywhere surprisingly.
