Our room was right next to the elevator. the bed was against the wall and all we heard was it running and loud grinding. The bathroom sink was painted with latex paint which was peeling. The maid did not wipe down bathroom sink or vanity as there was evidence of previous use. The maid did not wipe down table where coffee maker was. Not reallys ure what she did other than make the beds. and finally, the person who checked us in asked me for a form of payment. I said please use this card, which I handed to her and not the card on file that the deposot was made on. later on I checked my balance and she had billed the entire amount to the card on file. the grounds were nice but the room we were in was old and noisy.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view was incredible and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We plan on returning. This was our mini-honeymoon and we will stay here again for our anniversary, if not sooner.
