Good location

We stayed at the Chiquita Sun House for 10 nights. The location was excellent…quick drive right onto the beach and less than 15 minutes into historic St Augustine. The house is spacious and we all appreciated being able to spread out and have our own space. The kids loved all the balconies and nooks and crannies in the house and enjoyed playing hide and seek. We had a couple issues that were resolved quickly and kindly from the Itrip team. The house does need a deep clean and it is very worn. There are a lot of updates that need to be done, but the basics of what we needed were there and the main surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. It is not luxurious, but as a more affordable option it was worth it to us!

Lots of issues. Kitchen sink was leaking, dishwasher was filthy and we had to clean the filter, oven was smoking when we turned it on, washing machine hose fell off and flooded the laundry room, a door knob to an exterior door fell off.

The house was great for our group of eight older ladies great location loved the big room upstairs and the large dining table The house does need to have a deep clean one guest put on new white slippers and within a very short time they were black the floors were dirty The outside grill looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time bit took time ti burn off food residue and get it clean Bathrooms needed cleaning in the shower areas and the white doors were dirty all around handles

Wonderful location and property. We had plenty of room for our group of 11. The property manager was great and was able to assist when we had an issue with the wifi. We would stay at this location again.

Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all the adults and children to enjoy. The pool was awesome. In the afternoon when the children napped - we took full advantage of the pool. We had a couple of small issues at check-in that were handled extremely fast!! All communication was fantastic. We would rent again when we return to St Augustine.

Just What the Doctor Ordered

We absolutely loved making your place our home for a week. The large great room and dining table made it a perfect place for us to all gather, and the seating areas around the porch, as well as the swing on the front porch, provided options to slip away from the group to do our devotions or just have some quiet time. It was close enough to walk or drive on the beach, and the pool was refreshing and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we may be back again on the future.

Excellent location for us. Very near our daughter.Very difficult coffee workings..Could not workOnly one towel and one wash cloth per person was provided for a three night stay.Lots of focus on their record player which we didn’t use.Beautiful , clean pool.We enjoyed it very much.

Perfect St Augustine Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! House was great location to beach and about 15 minute drive to historic downtown. Our kids loved the bunk beds and all the beds were very comfy

Great place and close to St Augustine.

Great place to stay with a nice pool. The beach access is close and it doesn’t get very crowded, we didn’t have problems to find a parking spot, and there was a shower to rinse off the sand from the kids before getting in the car The house is good and clean but the outside needs some updating, we didn’t have any problems but it would look nice.

Family Beach Vacation

This stay was very comfortable and convenient during our family beach vacation week. The house was just as described. Checkin and check out was very detailed and was sent timely. If a question or issue arose, a quick text with response addressed it. This is just a reminder to bring the bug spray because there were lots of Florida mosquitoes when we were sitting around the backyard or swimming. The cleaning was a 4 star inside and the pool wasn’t cleaned during our week. We have a pool and just skimmed it daily for the debris before getting in. We would stay here again. We loved the location between the beach and boat ramp! Thanks for great memories!

Loved this spot! Excellent location. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Wonderful if you don't want to leave the house too! Kids loved the pool and the bunk room. Comfortable beds and couches to lounge. Nicely equipped kitchen if you don't want to eat out all the time. Quiet area for walks too!
