The Space
Salt Therapy South offers a tranquil retreat with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels and connected by in-home elevator access. Natural light fills the living areas, giving you an inviting place to gather, stream a favorite show on the HDTV, or share meals around the dining table. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans provide comfort throughout the seasons, while a dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi make longer stays seamless.

The bedrooms provide restful sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, and the ensuite and additional bathrooms offer bathroom essentials for a smooth stay. A full laundry setup with washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.

Outdoor living
Just outside, a saltwater pool shared with the North house offers a refreshing place to unwind year-round. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). After time at the beach, return to the outdoor spaces for simple relaxation or casual meals prepared with the grill and barbecue utensils. Three parking spaces, including garage space suitable for a boat or jet ski, add flexibility for travelers arriving with extra gear.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for easy meal preparation, with essential appliances and space for cooking at your own pace. Whether preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the sand or a relaxed dinner after exploring St. Augustine, the layout supports both short visits and extended stays.

Beach access
Beach access sits directly across A1A, giving you the option to start your day with a walk along the sand or return throughout the afternoon without hassle. The home also provides beach essentials for added convenience.

Amenities & conveniences
A private entrance, keyless self check-in, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and free parking help ensure a worry-free stay. The property is dog-friendly, welcoming up to 2 dogs with prior approval & additional fees.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
