Bring the whole family—and your four-legged friends—to our spacious (2,500 plus square feet), newly furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house on Anastasia Island. With plenty of room to relax, play, gather, and entertain, this comfortable Home Away from Home is located between the Intracoastal and the beautiful white-sand beaches.

The beach is just 0.5 miles away, making it an easy walk, bike ride, or quick drive. After a day at the beach or exploring St. Augustine, come home to enjoy the peaceful setting, beautiful sunsets, outdoor patio, and plenty of space for everyone.

THE HOME

Our single-level home comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends and includes:
• 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles

• Large, fully updated kitchen
• Outdoor patio with grill and lounge seating
• Outdoor shower with hot water
• Game room with ping pong, games, large-screen TV, and pull-out sofa

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, generous closet, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a large walk-in shower. An air mattress is also available.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, plenty of storage, and access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Full-size bed and private sliding-glass-door access to the backyard.
• Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk bed with stairs and a trundle, providing three sleeping spaces, plus generous storage and a Smart TV.
• Game Room: Pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space.

For our youngest guests, we provide a couple of Pack ’n Plays (sheets included), two high chairs and a toddler booster seat.

KITCHEN & AMENITIES

The large, completely updated kitchen features new, state-of-the-art appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. The coffee and wine bar includes sugar, creamer, tea bags, and a few Keurig coffee pods. A Keurig, traditional coffee maker, Nespresso and French press are all available.

We provide linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and paper towels to get your stay started.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

We've included many of the essentials for a fun day at the beach, including surfboards, boogie boards, a beach tent, cooler, beach chairs, and wagons. Afterward, rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor hot-water shower.

FUN FOR EVERYONE

Whether you’re relaxing in the comfortable living room, enjoying a game of ping pong, playing corn hole in the backyard, watching a movie, or gathering around the outdoor patio, there's something for everyone. The spacious living area features a beautiful farmhouse-style ceiling, comfortable leather seating, and a large TV perfect for movie nights or catching the big game.

EXPLORE ST. AUGUSTINE

Our home is close to many of St. Augustine’s favorite attractions, including the Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Amphitheatre, historic downtown, and the famous Nights of Lights. Anastasia Island is known for its beautiful beaches, and the nearby beach is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Pet fees apply. Please inquire before bringing a pet so we can confirm approval and any applicable fees.
