All great but as older patrons, we weren't sure how to use the keypad code (which button? not the big one in the middle, OK). Luckily we got a call back quickly, even in the evening. Lower level heat wasn't working, and when the microwave also did not power up, we found the electrical panel (easily accessed) and flipped a couple of breakers, easy. A printed sheet with checkout info, expectations, instructions would be helpful for older folks, imho. Nice, quiet and restful, new appliances, would def stay again, many thanks!
