Was charged for 2 nights when I had cancelled 1. Wasn’t even at the hotel until 4pm on Saturday but they had already charged my card and ‘checked me in’ on Friday without my knowledge. It was pay at the hotel- how can I be charged when I wast even there to pay. The young am working the desk wasn’t very pleasant and didn’t want to help me resolve anything after he took 15 minutes trying to find my booking after i specifically told him the last name and not to use the hyphen. He told me I had to contact hotels.com and hotels said we needed to contact the hotel. I tried both and am out money.

The room was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was great, they had bagels, yogurt, waffle maker, coffee, assortment of teas, cheese sticks, oatmeal, snack bars, bananas apples and mandarins, coffee and an espresso machine. In the evening, they would have an assortment of cookies along with tea and coffee. I would stay here again.

Yes, to all, spotless room (except for the hanger hanging from the valance on the window), staff was helpful and friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient
