This hotel is very outdated and dirty. The room we were given had hair everywhere (bed, shower, floors). The room smelled like mildew. The staff was nice and the manager was understanding and allowed me to cancel my reservation. The reviews are very misleading and the picture make the hotel seem much more updated than it is.

It was an ok stay. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. The lobby was cleand looked good. Our room seeemd clean. Then I visited the restroom. There were 3 boogers on the wall. (I'm not joking) The beds were somewhat hard.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in the Springfield area. Easy access off of Hwy. 60. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Will be definitely staying here the next time we are in Springfield.
