AVOID THIS LOW QUALITY HOTEL IF YOU EVER PLAN A TRIP TO SOUTH PADRE ISLAND!!!! TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!! I Had to check out after one night due the horrible conditions of this hotel then they refused to give my money back for the days I didn’t use. ROOM SMELL OF BODY ODOR!!! I stayed in two different rooms and they both smell of body odor, had to switch rooms because of the smell, the second room had the same odor. Beds and sheets are very uncomfortable, cheap mattress placed on some type of sheet metal box that makes loud noise with every movement. Pictures of the rooms shown make the rooms look presentable but once you arrive the see the low quality and poor condition of this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable. Our room was clean. The only thing is the mini fridge IS mini. So if you plan on bringing some groceries i suggest you take a look first, we ended up using our beach ice chests to keep fruit and stuff cold. There is no coffee pot in the room, but they have coffee in the office and the PARKING is tight, very tight! Pool area is actually small and there are no restrooms. Overall it was OK. Would stay here for an overnight stay but not again for multiple nights. The staff was very friendly!

If you just want a bed to sleep in then this place is for you. I will never stay here again. It was cheap and that's exactly what you will get. My sheets were dirty and they didn't want to change them until I showed them.

Nice facility, big rooms! We have stayed there befgore with family in two different suites, very spacious, plenty of sleeping accommodations, Nice balcony & outdoor spaces with BBQ pits & even a fishing area!! Only issue this time was that apparently their cleaning staff did not show up that day and so the rooms were not ready and we had to wait 2 and a half hours before we could check into our room. And we were not given any compensation or perks for having to wait so long even though we asked nicely. Another customer said he waited 3 hours!!

The hotel was grimey and dirty. Felt really gross inside. We stepped out to get cleaning supplies so we can mop the floor and clean the bathroom and shower ourselves. The hotel is rundown and falling apart. Really terrible experience

Like many budget hotels in S Padre mold can be an issue. No bugs, was clean but caulking in bathroom was somewhat nasty in my 1st room. Was moved to a new room and was better. Maid service was great, staff helped any time I had a concern. Parking is tight on big weekends. Hot tub needed cleaning ( started doing that after the big weekend) pool was ok. ( kids don’t care)

Property pictures are photoshop! PROPERTY DOES NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES!! Sink was clogged, air vents full of dirt and lent, one vent hanging from ceiling, shower was filty. We left a day before our reservation ended!

Moldy restrooms, beds had curvature holes in them, not comfortable at all, room smelled, NO HOT water in showers. Dog poop all over sidewalks by doors. Key cards wouldn't work. Hotel attendant had to give us her master key while we stayed there in order to get in and out of our room. Marina view was nice, but that was about the only thing nice about it. Save your $$$ and stay else where. Stairs look to be hazardous, doesn't look safe whatsoever. Sorry 😢

Love to go here just to fish, not a huge fan of staying the weekend because the people get a little too crazy and the parking is TIGHT, so you’ve got to hope the people know how to park. Lowkey wish they charged more to keep some people out, just saying.

Front Desk ladies were HORRIBLE. Charge for every little thing. If you get a condo you still have to pay for EXTRA parking and yet have NO PARKING SPACES. There’s No free breakfast… there’s no hot water… Just simply don’t book here. The rooms do not look like the pictures on the website lmao.
