What i didn't like was that the elevator wouldn't work properly, my door wouldn't lock, a blind fell, they want to charge the pool towel $30 each if no return by 10, and the parking lot was very far

I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause you. We do offer a golf cart service to and from the parking lot for all of our guests. Don't ever stay here, the rooms are okay at best, service is horrible, amenities are sub-par and the staff will argue with you about what they are required to provide to you. I will never stay here again

The service was GREAT!!! Staff was Excellent!! The room was very large with plenty room for the bikes. The only item missing was the microwave in the room.

Worst place to stay! I have literally been in a nicer, cleaner Motel 6. BUYER BEWARE!! They couldn’t get us into our room upon arrival because the door was broken. You could visibly see the entire metal component had been broken into. The hotel lobbyist even tried to open it with the master key, which failed. Was offered a second room after attempting to get into the first one open for an hour. Second room was infested with mold. So bad I coughed upon entering. Air conditioner was unusable and broken. Went to sit at the table to think about whether I could sleep there, found the table to have sticky ringlets and food chunks on the chairs. Unable to breathe, hot as hell and disgusted I couldn’t even bear to look at the bed so I had to leave and book another hotel for the weekend. The lobbyist apologized and attempted to contact management. Management of course didn’t answer. I told him that I wanted a refund and he stated I could talk to the management in the morning to get a refund. Showed up the next morning and spoke to management. They said they would give me a full refund. I thanked the, for their understanding and reiterated how bad the rooms were, heck, we didn’t even get in the first one! I asked for a receipt confirming the refund. They stated they couldn’t because we booked through travelocity and the refund wouldn’t be the full amount because of the “commission.” I asked how could I trust that I would receive the money back? They quoted me the amount stated they

Worst hotel ever

Pros: the pool
Cons: everything!
Tiny room hardly big enough for the bed. Bathroom had barely any room to even close the door. Light so dim in the bathroom you could barely see. No microwave in the room or anywhere on the property to use. Refrigerator was half the size of a normal hotel refrigerator. Restaurant was supposed to be open until 11pm per sign in the elevator, but they closed at 8pm of a Friday night. Breakfast consisted of the smallest bowl I have ever seen for cereal and each guest was allowed 1 bowl of cereal and 1 piece of fruit. Pull out bed in the room was ripped in several places and even the kids couldn't sleep on it. For the price, I was expecting more. I received better service and amenities at the Motel 6 for less than half the cost of this room. Wont make this mistake again.

Updated rooms, great beach location and very clean

Great experience, friendly staff. The rooms was very modern and clean. The view was beautiful and the balcony was large. The pool had a basketball hoop, awesome- for my kiddos. Thanks! Will definitely stay again.
