Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

The ground floor features a spacious living area with flat screen tv and tons of seating for guests to socialize and hang out! Guests will love cooking in the newly updated kitchen. The kitchen provides a larger amount of space to cook family meals with ease, and its fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is located off the kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 8 guests, and is the ideal spot to enjoy a meal!

Guests will love spending time in the perfect backyard paradise! This beautiful backyard features a private pool & hot tub! The pool area is very spacious and provides plenty of room for the entire group to swim, tan, and relax in South Padre Islands tropical climate!

The Master Bedroom is located on the ground floor and is feature a king bed and a twin day bed for extra sleeping accommodations. The master bedrooms also has a flat screen tv. The master bathroom is gorgeous and entails a walk in tile shower and new bath tub!. Two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second level as well as a massive 2nd living area! The first guest room features two comfortable queen beds. The second guest bedroom offers two full beds and a twin trundle bed.. The bedrooms open into a second living area with a flat screen tv and an access to the second level balcony!

Great location

Wonderful location and staff. They were quick to respond. Only recommendation is to offer more cooking supplies like cookie sheets or a cake pan for roasting vegetables or putting meat on to season for the grill. Otherwise we had everything we needed.

SPI rentals

Good location. Lots of room. But, the management was terrible. So many things wrong with the place… Garage door never worked Had to call maintenance SEVERAL times to Fix outside facet (broken). Outside shower (broken). Light in hot tub laying in bottom— can u say “Electricution” Wouldn’t give me a light bulb to change out so no light in BR (they said they have to deliver it). I even drove to their location to get one!!! Never gave it. Never, never compensated us for all the hardships. Been to SPI every year for 12 yrs and never experienced this crap

Great stay for the family and pet

This property was super clean and comfortable to stay in for a family of 7, and the location was very convenient for beach access. If you do bring a dog, there’s just a small grassy area in the backyard for them, but you could otherwise easily walk them down the street to do their business if needed. Communicating for check in and check out was very easy, and they were quick to accommodate us with a garage remote when we requested one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

The property was a clean blessing after an extremely disappointing first VRBO (104 E Polaris Drive). We were happy to see clean dishes, linens, enough towels, beds, and paper towels. The pool and hot tub were clean, and we enjoyed using both. X

Great VRBO stay!

Well-provisioned, very clean home. Easy check-in. Small grass patch for dog. Good outside lighting back and front of house. Lots of counter space in kitchen (great for folding laundry)! Very comfortable living great room space. Highly recommend!
