Great stay with 1 down side.

The only down side is not to get a room on the 3rd floor under where they serve breakfast on the 4th floor. When they open at 7am and everyone starts moving the chairs around the noise is really bad in the rooms under that area.

Everything was great just when i was checking in i was told it was only 1 vehicle per room which i was not aware of it was NOT on the confirmation and the staff where VERY rude about that which made it very stressful at check in . But besides that the stay was great .

We liked that the location of the hotel is convenient to the beach front. I do wish that the stairs to the beach was replaced by a ramp. The stairs were difficult to climb up/down when accessing the beach with carts, chairs, canopies, & coolers.

We were a family of 6 adults and we had 2 cars. They only gave me a pass for 1 car. We had to look for another place, but the place they told me was not safe was towed away. All the employees were very friendly, with the exception of the waiter at the pool restaurant. He was very rude to you. I don't think he enjoys his job.

The breakfast buffet with freshly cooked omelettes were so good. Hot tub & pool were nice the board walk help make it easier to get to the beach. Rooms were exactly as advertised with pretty murals on the walls, but beds were stiff and hard. The pullout had no sheets/blanket so had to call for those. Overall a good stay!

Check in Time was at 3 pm unfortunately there was an accident on the causeway I got to the hotel after 3 . When arriving I had to wait to get my room because it wasn’t ready I didn’t get my room till after 7 pm. It was the first time I stayed there never again will I go back.

Upon check in the Hotel was running behind schedule from the 4th of July. Completely understandable, I was patient and they accommodated us with an umbrella and chairs for the next day. The staff were friendly and always helpful! The breakfast buffet was great, loved the boardwalk access and the beach location was amazing. Also, next to the hotel were several restaurants which were fantastic. We will definitely be booking again at La Copa Inn!

Staff was great, the front lobby was really hot and small are. Rooms need some remodeling there was some chipping and other small issues. There wasn’t enough parking. Told us to park in the other side vehicle got towed that was an extra fee.
