The only friendly staff was in the restaurant. Was clean but could use some updates. Beds ok but didn't care for the pillows. Hard to get clean towels when staff doesn't understand/speak english.

Great wings in the retro vibe cafe. Direct access to beach was easy. Breakfast was out of this world, best free breakfast in a hotel EVER! Plus I wore white socks in my hotel room WOW no dirty bottoms, very clean room. My own house is not that clean. Staff was so kind. I’ve never been to S. Padre but this experience made it awesome!

I just happened to take my dog for a walk in the grass where maintenance leaves stuff. Outside should be cleaned up and rooms with things, curtains should be closed. The only reason I gave you a 4 on cleanliness.

La Copa was booked and they booked us at The Tiki Condominiums. These condos have zero lighting at night and no parking at the actual condo. I went back to LaCopa to get a refund. The staff said all managers were gone. I didnt receive a refund. Their staff was extremely unprofessional. I had to go to another hotel to book a room for the night. I will never stay at LaCopa again.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. Our room also had a lot of space. Nice pool area and great beach access. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The king-size bed in our room was not that comfortable nor were the pillows. The sleeper sofa was awful to sleep on. We were on the 1st floor and had a patio but, there were no dividers between the other rooms to provide any privacy. Also, the noise from the AC did not make it pleasant to sit outside which was disappointing. Since we were on the 1st floor, there was a lot of noise coming from all the traffic to and from the pool area. Perhaps if we would have been on a different floor, it might have been a better experience.

I love that it takes 5 min to get from my room to the beach. The staff is always wonderful. Rooms are spacious. We loved the pool and hot tube. Loved my drinks/ food from the bar and grill. Love that the store is open 24/7. We’ve stayed the last two years

It was okay not the cleanest the bed sheets look old and there was a bottom of the bed side dirty looking corner. I had booked for 2 nights and paid it in advance but they didn’t have a room available that was double queen beds like I had paid . Staff was not attentive to my complaints
