Brown water on the hot side of the sink, microwave dish not turning, proper knobs on a/c -heating unit needed. Bed was very comfortable and hangers delivered promptly (though I’m not sure why there weren’t any in the room initially?) While the property is dog, friendly, people should have a little more respect on picking up their dogs excrements from the front lawn area!

Love the electronic check in process, it was super easy and convenient! The property is an old school style motel that is clean and safe and next door to a great Mexican restaurant. Can't beat the value!

Dirty Sheets and bad customer service

The check in process was difficult, waited around 30 minutes in the cold to get to our room. Once Inside my family wanted to rest but we couldnt because we found hairs on one of the beds. I then requested additional sheets to replace the dirty ones but they were still dirty. I requested the sheets again and the manager screamed at me through the phone, eventually after arguing I exchanged the sheets for a new pair eventhough they were still dirty. Despite being a pet friendly hotel, this doesnt mean I should expect the sheets to have hairs on them upon arrival!!!!

The Quality Inn hotel staff helps manage and did a fabulous job bringing us extra towels. Easy check in with access to our room via a keypad.

Works for us.

Rainbow is always clean. Though the rooms are recently updated, the bathroom door is falling off it's reused hinges. The air conditioner/heating unit needs cleaned and the vents need to be replaced. They need a better process, (maybe oxy) to wash the towels. All towels except one hand towel had stains. When we left here was no one available to tell about the broken bathroom door or stained towels
