Trout Stream Lodge on the South Fork of the Rio Grande

Trout Stream Lodge is a 3500 s.f. luxurious open concept new home located on the South Fork of the Rio Grande River. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a spacious shower. The oversized kitchen contains two ovens and a large island making this a cook's dream. This is perfect for entertaining a house full of family and friends. The main living room has large windows which offer a great view of the river. This living space has a beautiful propane fireplace that creates not only heat but the perfect ambience. The second living area upstairs is perfect for another gathering place if you have a large group! The hot tub located on the back porch overlooking the river is perfect for relaxing in after a long day enjoying the local scenery. This home has incredible views of the river and local wildlife. Wolf Creek ski area is just a 20 minute drive away. Trout Stream is neighbors with Lazy Moose, Bear Path, Rio River and Elk River.

Trout Stream Lodge on the South Fork of the Rio Grande is a fantastic place to stay. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with the river right outside your door and incredible views in every direction.The fishing access is excellent, making it an ideal spot for anglers, and the lodge itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with outstanding river access, Trout Stream Lodge is a place you’ll want to return to.

Beautiful home and location on Rio grande. House set up very well and clean. We had 3 families, 9 children under she 8... Very relaxing. Able to sit in back yard/porch and watch them play on river on tubes we brought To er low enough for kids to enjoy safely this time of year . Hope to visit again. Ramons restaurant was great also across the street.

This was our second stay at the Trout Stream Lodge and we are already planning for next year! We love it! The location is perfect, the house is a great size to accommodate large families and we love the river running right in the backyard! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. JoyceAnn and Rodney are very attentive and the minor issues that we encountered, they took care of them immediately. You won’t regret staying here. Many memories were made and we can’t wait to come back to make more! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Great place with plenty of room for our annual family UTV trip. The river behind the house is a wonderful place for kids to play and float down. Kitchen is supplied with two ovens and ample space to accommodate a big crowd. Plenty of room for sitting around to visit and a game table for competitive family games! Quiet place with wonderful nature views. This cabin is located next door to the Arbor House B&B and the owner is so sweet. We needed a couple extra rooms and they have a cottage separate from B&B right next door. Thank you for a wonderful stay to both owners!!!

Perfect home for large group!

We had a total of 10 people stay at Trout Stream Lodge. This home was built with an incredible plan to accommodate a large group. The 4 huge en suite bathrooms were perfect for everyone to get ready in. The rest of the home is lovely with so many gathering areas. Once you get over the beautiful house and step into the backyard- you will not be disappointed. We have stayed in many homes in this town and this backyard is an easy winner. 10/10 for sure! Will rebook in the future.

5 Stars – Perfect Mountain Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this South Fork property with our large family. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and ideal for our group. The views were absolutely stunning, and we especially loved relaxing by the river and soaking in the hot tub after a day of adventures. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the ski hill and close to all the outdoor activities we came for. We made incredible memories and will definitely be back!

Great Stay for Ski Trips

The photos don’t do this place justice. When we entered the house it was beyond our expectations. The place is setup perfectly for large groups like ours making it amazing for conversations in the living room and kitchen. The location is scenic and peaceful with the stream nearby. I would definitely book this place in the future!

Everyone had a private, comfortable place to be. The kitchen is nicely appointed. Although the chairs are short for the kitchen table, it is a beautiful one. We also enjoyed the poker table, very nice hot tub and fire pit. Would love to stay here again.
