Never have I ever paid this much for a room.

It was in a great location and the girls at the front were SO nice!! The room on the other hand, needed to be cleaned. There was a random M&M on the floor and the desk had some sort of food crust that was completely missed when it was “cleaned”. Our shower head also wasn’t turning on so we got to take showers with just the main water faucet. The bed was nicely made and clean (i throughly inspected it) there is NO way this room should have been 6 times the amount of what they regularly charge just because of a football game. Oh well. 😂

Do Not Stay Here

After driving across country to this place. No sheets for sofa bed which was in broken down condition, No supplies in kitchen. No microwave, no coffee pot, no cooking utensil etc. they wanted us to rent them or go to the Dollar Store to purchase. The room door did not latch or lock. No staff at front. We left the next morning though were booked for multiple nights. Tried to check out but there was no staff to check out with. Called the number on the lobby phone. They informed us it was a holiday so they were closed?!! Call back on Monday. It was Friday. Book another hotel. Returned the next day and was booked out. The person at desk could not check us out for a previous day nor credit us. Only manager could. Called manager on Mon. He couldn’t credit us either b/c of hotels.com reservation. So, being charged for 7 nights instead of 1. Been waiting since July 16 for a response/ refund from Hotels.com

No soap

I know you get what you pay for but there wasn’t even a little bar of soap to wash your hands with after using the bathroom. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel, no matter how cheap, that didn’t supply a little bar of soap to wash your hands!

The room wasn’t very clean. The floor needed vacuumed and the bathtub was dirty. There were no kitchen utensils and no coffee pot or coffee in the lobby.

Not Nice

We stayed one night and when checked into our room it was nothing like the photos online. There was mold in the tub/ shower area. Hole in the ceiling by the vent, water bugs All over the bathroom floor, holes in the couch, stains also on furniture.
