Staff was helpful and friendly. I have no complaints about how I was treated.
The room was ok. The coffee maker was disgustingly dirty, with coffee grounds in the water receptacle. I cleaned it out so I could drink coffee, not something a guest should have to do. The other room complaint is that there were multiple stink bugs in the room. Not the grossest bug, but still annoying when one is buzzing just above your head when trying to sleep.
Another sad thing is that the heat seemed to be on the fritz in the pool room. The room was frigid and the pool wasn’t any better.
My final complaint is that a party was taking place while we were there, and there was no consideration for other guests in that party. My daughter goes to bed early, and there was running through the halls, loud knocking and screaming in the halls, and a big, loud party in the lobby until about 11pm. After that things quieted, but I could still hear talking and movement throughout the halls until the middle of the night. It made it impossible for me to sleep. This seems like something that could have been handled better by staff, though largely it was just unfortunate to be there with other guests with no consideration for others.
