"We travel all over Central America and came across this hotel on Instagram. Who over is in charge of the marketing hats off to them as they shared the best pictures. This property is trying to be the new Tulum and it is just not it. We booked the beach front tree house for 470.00usd a night. Yes that is the price for a place in El Salvador. We expected top service and everything to be amazing. First off nothing is included. Although you are paying almost 500$ a night you are granted the same priority as the day pass guests paying 40$ You have to reserve the beach chairs if you are even able to get one good luck. You have to park on the street outside the resort as there is 4 parking spots they didn’t carry our bags and did little to assist us with any questions at the front desk.most of the employees are very very plesent and try but for 500$ a night they should have local knowledge and be able to help you with day to day things. The food was great and the vibe in the club was nice but don’t be fooled by all the flashy instagram photos this place is not it. Maybe in 5 years and some attention to detail it has potential. I never like writing bad reviews but all the little things that added up I couldn’t not take the time to write it to save others from the very very high price of this hotel that doesn’t live up to its hype "

"The first room we got was horrible. It was super hot they did not turned the AC. The shower head threw water everywhere wetting the floor and the toilet handle was not working either. They did not wanted to moved us until some one come to inspect the room. The moved us to another room and the bathtub was horrible it did not drained the water fast enough so everytime you shower the water got stuck under your feet. I will look for another hotel to stay. I am not planning to stay here any more. It seems this hotel cares more about the outside more than the inside. "
