Beautiful grounds, well manicured and staff attentive. Views were spectacular and one of a kind. Volcano views and evening town lights were magical. Volcanic group hike was challenging but definitely worth it. Our tour guide was excellent and well informed. Only regret was not staying longer.

The places was beautiful full of nature and friendly staff members. The only thing I didn’t like was that they had no WiFi and had a wedding during my stay which was very hard to Find a table at the restaurant not to mention it was very crowded and nearly impossible to enjoy the views.

Place is beautiful but the bed it’s super uncomfortable two twin beds attach each other is better to have a queen bed or a king bed but everything is beautiful

Everyone is very friendly and provide an outstanding service. Downside: the hotel do not honor what they offer. Our cabin didn't have wifi and they refused to provide the free breakfast offered.

Todo muy bonito, lo único es que falta capacitar al personal al momento del check out, ya que me fueron a buscar al parqueo cuando ya nos ibamos, para decirme que había ensuiado una toalla con un poquito maquillaje fácil. Las toallas son para eso para ensuciarse, y como hoteleros deberían de saber que ese material al meterse en la lavadora sale, así que no dejó de ser un poco incomodo que me fueran a buscar para decirme esa tontería. Definitivamente falta capacitación tanto al que llega hacer la limpieza a la habitación y que avisó a recepción, como al de recepción para manejar mejores criterios.

I had a bad experience. The place was hot inside and we couldn't open the windows there were no screens in the window. Also, when it start raining, we got so much water inside the place. Even my little girl she fell down.
