The Hotel is very nice and you could tell it was a 5 star hotel in the 80's but now it looks old, the rooms have very old furniture and also the area around the pool needs to be updated, I think the hotel needs a makeover.

Learned Friday pm there’d be a wedding party at the pool that night and it was unbearably loud until 2am. Hotel didn’t care, they prefer their parties of locals over their international guests. Their X (Twitter) handle shows what their focus is on - @Sheratonbodas. Rooms are old, carpet outdated, be warned this isn’t a five-star property.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing. Our room was cleaned in a timely manner. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we had a view of the pool area, which i requested. The food was delicious and the bar staff was awesome. While the hotel staff was transporting us to the hotel we passed several road stands that sold coconut water. We didn't have any money on us at that time. But the driver was so nice, he bought the coconut water for us

What was terrible is knowing they had a party around the hotel, they gave a room closer to where the party was… the noise was very very look and when I called the excuse was it was something outside the hotel, but why gave a room closer to the party instead of taking us far from there, very bad…. I choose the hotel to relax and was the opposite
