About the hotel itself all we can say is we had the best experience. Cleanliness is huge for us and the constant good smell in hallways and lobby was a pleasure. Room and bed was great and views where fantastic especially at night with city lights. Don't get me started on the breakfast....this has become the highlight of the stay simply because of the amazing spread they have. A true mix of food to cater to all...we are already missing it. Rooftop pool, we didn't have the time to truly enjoy it like we had planned but can assure you the views are amazing daytime and evenings. Now let's talk about the customer service, they went above and beyond and truly exceeded all expectations. They where so thoughtful to celebrate our wins (we where there for a pickleball competition) and also the not so fun times where I got injured and needed to stay at the hospital..they where so attentive asking me to let them know if I needed anything. They even sent me a fruit basket delivered in person. What else can I say ....I've traveled to many countries and stayed at so many hotels but none came even close to this level of hospitality. Hat's off to the management team at the hotel! Just book it!"
