Palm gardens was an excellent base for us whilst visiting friends in danang and hoi an. Using grabs was a convenient and cheap way to get around. Service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable tho in need of a renovation. Facilities were good and drinks and food great. Mr Long the lifeguard was a funny guy who kept us laughing. Would definitely recommend.

Family had stayed in this hotel and recommended it. A lovely hotel. The staff were friendly. Great breakfast. My room was large and comfortable. The gardens were beautiful. It was well located with free shuttle bus into Hoi An. I would love to return here.

We loved our stay. So relaxing and nothing is too much trouble. We will come back again. The only thing I would change if I could, would be the pool as it wasn't heated. But that did not stop us from having an amazing stay.

Beautiful Palm Garden Resort

Everything about this hotel was wonderful - beautiful layout of the grounds/swimming pool/restaurants. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious, lovely big bathroom. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful- special mention to “coconut man” who was always smiling and at your service. 10 min taxi ride into Hoi An and very cheap with Grab, though the hotel provide a free shuttle x3/day at fixed times if it suits. Fabulous hotel and would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Palm Garden Resort & Spa was wonderful. All the staff and Mr Thi were very helpful and welcoming. The spa services had jacuzzi were definitely 5 stars. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and included toiletries. Also appreciated the hotel shuttle to Old Town in the day. I’m the evenings the grab taxi booked on our phones was relatively inexpensive. Would definitely recommend the Palm Garden Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An as it’s a perfect base. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this accommodation. We had a villa right on the beach. It was a joy to come back here after a day sightseeing in Hoi An. The shuttle bus is convenient, although does finish very early, however Hoi An is a short taxi ride away. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area whilst not being too far out of Hoi An itself. Thoroughly recommend!

It was an amazing stay. The staff was terrific, so friendly and informative. I really felt as they wanted us to enjoy every minute. It just happen to be my birthday and staff brought by cake and flowers to our bungalow. It was superbly service. Mr VY, Mr Thien, and May were wonderful, aways happy. The whole staff was great. We are already thinking when we can get back to Palm Garden Resort - it was absolutely beautiful! Job well done!

Palm Garden Beach Resort is a beautiful retreat with stunning grounds and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfasts were excellent with a great variety. The private beach was pristine and gorgeous—a perfect spot to relax. It's also conveniently close to Hoi An Old Town and about 30 minutes from Danang. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Waking up to the sound of waves. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony chair. You can just sit and laze around. Dining : 2 restaurants. Breakfast buffet served is extensive. Enough food for everyone. Ala carte menu has good choices. Taste wise, just average. Area : Opposite street has got some shops which I did not visit. I was very happy with staying in. Transport : to Hoi a city shuttle is provided. Few timings. Staff : All are very friendly. They understand enough English to get by. Pool : Quite big. It’s a dipping pool not so deep to swim. Spa : There is one but we didn’t go for it. Try citrus spa. They will pick u up. Top notch massages and service. I was on my anniversary trip. They decor the room as seen in the photo. Present a cake for us and a special drink. A very special moment for us. Thank you Palm gardens.

We decided to stay at a Hoi A beach resort so that we could be outside the town for some peace. Palm Garden is a beautiful resort with beach, pool and several restaurants. Great location as you have the peace of the resort and only 15 minutes in a Grab/taxi to the centre of Hoi A with its bustle, restaurants and, of course, tailors. Staff are helpful and the facilities are excellent, thoroughly recommended.
