Fabulous home

This home was perfect for our family of 8 with room to spare. So comfortable and lovely. Clean and well maintained. Fun to watch the golfers from expansive deck. Returning next year!

Perfect for 2 couples and children

The layout of the house with 2 bedroom suites on either sides of the house downstairs, and bunk beds (plus a queen bed) upstairs for kids, was perfect for our group. Crib was an added bonus.Nice open living kitchen dining downstairs. Clean and comfortable! We had a great time!

The place had everything

The home was wonderfully well appointed. We had everything that we needed. Kitchen allowed multiple cooks to be busy at the same time. Good light. Multiple decks let you follow the shade in the heat of the day.

Great property!

We had a family reunion at Black Butte, and our immediate family rented this property. It was perfect for my two adult sons. One son had his wife and 2 younger children and the upstairs room with the queen and 2 bunk beds worked out well. It was a heat wave, and the upstairs room was pretty warm during the day, but even at +100 degrees, Black Butte cools down fairly quickly at night. The central AC was great on the main floor. Lyndsay was very responsive to any of our questions. Lyndsay was kind enough to let us host a family dinner and the house/deck accommodated our rather large group comfortably. We hope to return to this house again next year if possible!

Beautiful Black Butte House

This house is spacious, immaculate, well appointed and in a gorgeous setting. It was perfect for three generations of my family to sleep, relax ion the deck, cook meals for a crowd and enjoy each other’s company without being on top of one another. No complaints - it was just perfect for us.

Great property. Stocked with plenty of everything you could ever need. Couldn't find a shot glass. But we made do. Owners always returned calls or texts. I would stay here evertime we come to black butte

Perfect

What a wonderful home for 2 grandparents, and two families with a baby, and 2 children age 4 and 6.. Each had their own room and baths. The house has all the room you would need and has all the things you would need. We especially loved all the sports items in the garage--ping pong table, bikes, foosball, golf clubs, etc. It was fun being on the golf course, sitting in the hot tub or walking in the woods with the kids looking for golf balls after dinner. The deck has plenty of good chairs and recliners. Lots of games and books inside. Really everything you would ever need and the house is very attractive. I can think of nothing that could be improved.

Wonderful property!

Wow! We have been coming to BBR for many years and this house is by far one of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful decor, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace— amazing hot tub. Perfect for our family of 4 with teens and grandparents!

Pictures don’t do justice

This home is larger than it appears in the pictures and well appointed. We got family together to celebrate a birthday and the house had plenty of room for 6 adults and our small kids. The bedrooms don’t share walls so noise isn’t an issue (we had some small kids waking up early). In addition, we had a few small issues at check in but the owner was very communicative and helped us get them sorted out quickly. We’d definitely stay here again.

Much Needed Spring Getaway

We had a perfect week of fun and relaxation at Black Butte Ranch. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful location, well-appointed, clean and very nicely updated. Charming and perfect!

This lovely home was even better than the photos in the listing. The large lower floor layout was perfect; we loved the placement of the rooms throughout the house and the open layout of the kitchen/living area. The bathrooms were large and well furnished, which is difficult to find in BB sometimes. The kitchen was well stocked and the built in bar area was a nice addition.. The owners were also very helpful as we left something important behind- we received it back in the mail the very next day!!! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

This property was well thought out, nicely appointed, and accurately reported. The owner was wonderful to work with. We gather our family several times per year and most often rent from VRBO - this was, by far, the best we have rented!
