The bed was so comfortable! My family was able to visit me and swim. They were accommodating, polite, and respectful. The only downside was the humidity in my room which is probably just the season and no fault of their own!

The waterpark was nice and not over crowded. It was quiet at night. The room was clean but the door chain/bar was broken like someone had kicked in the door which was a little unnerving. Also, the screen for the window was torn off.

Pool fun

Great for kids. The indoor pools and slides are awesome and a fabulous activity for the kids if you’re on a long road trip. The place is a little old but the pool fun made up for it and the price was fair.

We were Checked in On-Line. When we arrived, we went to get our room keys, we had to wait over 15 minutes to get them. The wait was due to numerous people signing into rooms with only one attendant processing them.

Bathtub barely drained and when it finally did the tub was full of hair. Toilets didn’t flush. Couldn’t walk barefoot in room without bottoms of feet turning black. Had a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Pool area was decent. And the staff and food at bostons was really good. Only thing worth staying there.

I found myself in a predicament of driving over 10 hours through the night and not being able to check in till 8 am… I called the evening beforehand and they just checked me in over the computer which was wonderful… It was told it wasn’t your policy but I am a travelling surgical tech and really just need a few hours of sleep… Would you guys allowed for me and a beautiful room wedding so much more high-end than what I was charged however did not take the pool slide because I slept till 1 o’clock on my late checkout when I was woken by housekeeping is also very nice again. Thank you for being a support system to healthcare membership myself and have a good weekend thank you
