This property is out of the fray of the touristy part of Savannah. It is a beautiful, well-appointed hotel, and the staff was so nice and helpful. My guest room was gorgeous, river-facing. I would stay here again in a second!

Awesome Savannah hotel

Amazing hotel and the service was great! Good location by the river and an easy walk to the river area full of stores and fantastic restaurants. They also have a car in the evening that will take you to a venue within a couple of miles ! Highly recommend this hotel

From a rude bell hop, to confused and unhelpful valets, to poor room cleaning and lack of room cleaning one night, to unknowledgeable front desk, to calling for luggage help when leaving and no one showing up, I have never ever experienced service this poor. Hotel is beautiful though and this review does NOT reflect the bars or restaurants which were wonderful
