There was only one parking space. There were light bulbs that were out. Not all the TV’s worked properly and the outdoor furniture was ripped and severely stained and discolored. The furniture outside did not look at all like what was pictured on the site. The owners were easy to contact but did nothing to really help. Would not stay in this rental again.

Great host, they send instructions on time and respond quickly. The home is nice and the area was perfect. We were within walking distance of so many things. I loved the area and the people in Savannah are the sweetest. If we come back I would choose this again.

I myself like house it's beautiful,and the location, it got enough of everything we need even though we didn't do any cooking , just heating up food. It's in a good section of the city and is close enough to walk l to places -stores and few eating places in walking distance. Cathedral of St John the Baptist is a 15 minutes easy walk, very enjoyable. Few things I need to mention here :for people who don't like stairs they may not want to stay here , the set of stairs is long and the steps are steep , also it is wood without rugs so it's slippery. The drainage in the guess bathroom is draining very slow The sofa could use a good cleaning or replace. Overall I would recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again myself.

Unfortunately this is one of the places that has fallen to being managed by a company and not the actual home owner who I feel tend to be more responsive and provide a better experience. On initial appearance the house looked clean. However after walking on the floor in our socks we realized the house was actually not so. Our socks were black from walking around without shoes. There was mildew in the showers and lots of dust on baseboards and cabinets. So superficially clean. The sheets apparently are old because it was like sleeping on sandpaper. The kitchen needs new pans. There was 1 tiny skillet and it had rust on it. and completely worn. The couch is also in need of replacement. No support left in the seats. The only saving grace of this place was the location, very convenient. Grocery right across the street and easy walk to places or at least to a trolley. It was well laid out and good for our family.

This is a beautiful townhouse. Well appointed for 6 adults and 1 little one. Kitchen was fantastic. Wish there was more parking, but overall, a wonderful home and pleasant stay!

We loved staying here. It was very nice and clean, instructions were clear and they kept in contact checking to see how everything was. Only complaint is that there was no dish soap to wash dishes with, just dishwasher tabs and soap. Also that the surface light over the stove did not work, so if anyone needed anything they would have to turn on the bright lights in the kitchen to get it at night. A lamp or a nightlight or under cabinet lighting would help. Oh and the remotes are in a box on the counter under the tv. If you aren’t paying attention you will miss the label on it and look for the remote forever, only to feel like an idiot when you FINALLY notice the small label. That’s it, just little things. The place is great, seriously!

SCAD drop off, so a quick couple of days. House was great as always; this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this house and have 2 more stays booked. Simple walk to the farmers market in Forsyth, about 15 minutes up to Broughton. Convenient location, and having off street parking is a huge plus.

This property had everything we needed including a parking spot and free street parking. But it is about 25-40 mins walk from most of the popular restaurants and tourist areas so if you don’t like to walk a distance you’ll want to stay somewhere closer or you’ll have to use your car the whole time. Very close to Forsythe Park though. Biggest downfall was the cleanliness - the walls, doors and couches are SO dirty, as well as the master shower tile!

This property was easy walking distance to Forsyth park. Kroger was only a block away. The 1 off street parking spot was big enough for our Suburban sized vehicle. Street parking was within a block if needed. The place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a little road noise in the master BR, but mainly during the day. No problems at night. The area seemed safe. The kitchen was adequately appointed for cooking. We didn't cook. If planning on wine, might bring more wine glasses. If there are mobility issues, all BRs are upstairs. Pull out couch and 1/2 bath downstairs. There are about 3 steps to front door. Bathrooms were well appointed with soap, shampoo, towels, etc. Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Girls trip

It was awesome there is a little coffee shop just around the corner lunch sandwiches are awesome. Kroger is just down the road. There were five of us ladies and had a blast. The townhouse was amazing.

Clean house and convenient location

Check-in was easy. One dedicated parking spot, but we found some additional parking on the street for a second vehicle. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.

I'd choose another

This was a very disappointing stay for us. The location was great if not on the more run down side of the historical district. The place itself is in need of major updates. The upholstery and furniture are stained and frayed and the carpet is so dirty I didn't want to let the kids even play on it. we pulled the sofa bed for a movie night and there is a huge red stain of who knows what. There was a broken painting just sitting in the floor against the wall in the kitchen. The microwave went out after two days and after many many attempts to reach any of the numbers left for us still had no response and the issue wasn't resolved. I get things go out and it's not their fault but we had no one answer our calls emails or work order. Very upset that we couldn't even get in touch with help if needed. No one could get the remotes to work the upstairs TV. Overall it is a nice square foot for the area but for the price we expected more. At least no stains and usable space where we didn't feel as if it was gross to sit or play on the carpet with the kids. Very unsatisfied
