We were very satisfied with the facilities. We were disappointed with the inability to have our room cleaned even after making the requests the evenings before.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable and the air conditioning was the best, cold and just a little noisy but in a calming way. I booked my hotel and airline on Travelocity with the hotel portion to be due at the hotel. Two days prior to arrival I noticed two holds on my card from the hotel. My card was charged prior to arrival taking away any other options to pay I may have been planning on. There was a sign on the mirror that said housekeeping was by request, called but it wasn’t until day three before our room was serviced.

Staff was great, 3 day stay, we noticed upon arrival that a door on our floor was ajar. whenever we left the room , we closed the door and checked that it was locked. We were out of the room all day Saturday and upon return noticed room 317 the door was wide open and our room 315 was ajar, so our room was completely open if someone wanted to steal anything. fortunately nothing taken, just plain not good.
