This was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, great location, walking distance to everything in the city center. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice but it was a long way to walk there in the cold with wet swim suites back to the room. We somehow didn’t have any robes or slippers in our room which would have helped. The bar, restaurant, and in room dining hours shut down at 9 pm which was not ideal. The staff was very attentive. We really enjoyed an exceptional Flamenco performance inside the hotel on New Year’s Eve. On some evenings we noted piano playing in the bar area which was pleasant. The parking was convenient with an elevator access and valet service. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was not in very good condition. The chairs have rips in them, there were no robes or slippers and there were dirty towels on the table and chairs on the patio. Much worse than our room a week ago.

We had a very long wait at valet and could not get the room clean despite making 2 requests during the day. Management finally made it right and overall the hotel was nice, clean, and accommodating. Restaurant was good. Overall staff was friendly and helpful.

Floors were dirty in the hallway and room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Thermostat wouldn’t didn’t have any option other than fan. We kept the wi die open the whole stay. The lobby was really nice. Breakfast at the restaurant was good. Had dinner there one evening and they were out of about 5 things on the menu after being closed for two days.

It is a beautiful place in a great location. Hot tubs and fireplace were awesome. Housekeeping was non existent and ir was noisy. Lots of kids running around. It was a holiday week so maybe that is just this time of year
