The hotel was conveniently located and easy to find. The hotel had an excellent Valet Staff who were very helpful and quick getting my car. The room was very big and had a nice bathroom. The beds, sheets, pillows were comfortable.

It is a great location and the room was great. The Valet/Bus personnel were extremely helpful, quick and personable. Ask them for recommendations of restaurants! All staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely but what stood out was that every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly! From the valet, to the person at the front desk, to the bartenders, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping! Happy employees make happy guest experiences. Have been here many times and enjoy it. The valet/bellhop guys work their butts off and are very friendly. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and always makes the place smell amazing. This time we stayed in a penthouse suite which was pretty expensive. The views were amazing! 10/10 since you are up high on the 4th floor. Only complaint is the fact you only get a small mini fridge. Could easily add a small kitchenette to the suits. Either way we will be back in the future. Likely just stay in a regular room though. Beautiful area and property.
