We truly enjoyed our stay and had an amazing time. Several employees stood out for their exceptional service. Victor at the front desk was very personable and helpful, and Mohammed and Ahmed at the bar were friendly, attentive, and made great drinks — they really enhanced our experience. Overall, most of the staff made our stay memorable, except for the manager and one employee in the dining room. On our first day, we missed breakfast due to the time difference. I asked Victor if we could have lunch instead, since we were on a half-board plan. He kindly checked with his manager and the dining room manager, who both approved it. The next day, when we went for lunch, I informed the waitress that I would pay. However, she placed a check on the table without explanation — including charges for both the previous day’s lunch and the current one. When I explained that we had received permission to have lunch in place of breakfast, she was quite rude and insisted that we pay. I brought the issue to Victor, who assured me he would speak with his manager and resolve it. Aside from this isolated incident, we had a wonderful stay and truly look forward to returning.

Food was decent but very plain. Rooms were fine. Bed was simply 2 twins pushed together and we were rolling around the room half the night. So that was very weird.

This property is in a fabulous location, rooms are large and pool, restaurant and bar area are fabulous. Meals included in half board Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Service from the bar staff was fabulous and entertainment around the pool made our stay absolutely brilliant. We also loved that it was an adults only resort and the age varied which was great.

Brilliant location, the all inclusive food options were amazing! We stayed in one of the panoramic view suites and it was lovely. The only thing I will say is if you’re a sunbed by the pool lover, the pool area is quite small meaning the sunbeds are very close together. However the beach is right on your doorstep.

Great location with wonderful views if you have a room with sea view. Food is excellent and service is quick. All inclusive is only available up to midnight and the bar closes at 1am (you have to pay for drinks in that hour). The loungers by the pool are quite closely packed together - loved the live saxophonist on one of the days and enjoyed the music played by the pool. rooms are simple but perfectly clean (though we had to ask 3 times for an iron to be brought up on one of the evenings). A good stay and would have stayed for longer.

Amazing resort and the beach board walk is fantastic. Everything is pretty much walking distance from the board walk. The best part about this stay is definitely the staff. Each and every staff from front desk receptionists, bartenders, maids were all so nice and sweet. Will definitely come back everytime when traveling to Ibiza!

This resort was a very nice stay, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the food was pretty good and not bad for an all inclusive resort. The rooms were also clean, my only complaint with the room I stayed in was that it was really small and kind of tight especially the space between the foot of the bed and the mounted TV on the wall. Other than that this hotel was a great place to stay and it was right by the strip where a lot of the bars, day clubs, night clubs, and food spots were. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would Like to book an all inclusive resort and explore the San Antoni strip as well!

Pictures look better than hotel. Hotel looks like it was built in 1950s. We booked the bungalow. The bungalow looked like a college dorm room. It was very disappointing. Food was ok not impressive. Location is on beach and boardwalk. It takes aboout 10-15 min to walk into town. Hotel lobby has seating that has seat covers like your grandma used. Some chairs in the area were dirty. Glass countertop in our room was broken and the AC barely worked. We had to tell them several times to get someone to fix this. First guy that came to the room, said "AC is fine". We had to insist that he check it and found that the filter was super dirty and said it must have been there for at least 6 months. The best thing about the hotel was unlimited drinks. The pool is decent. Music at pool was kind of sleepy time. (They played slow songs and had a lady with a violin one of the days) Note: Bring a loofah as they do not have washcloths. When I return to Ibiza, I definitely WOULD NOT stay here again.
