Great location! The people in the building were very nice. I asked PMI questions about supermarkets & shops before my trip but never got an answer. I also let them know about the bath that was clogged but didn’t receive an answer and nobody came to fix it. The apartment is comfortable but needs some updates.

Overall, it was ok. If you're trying to save money, then it's a good deal or if you have a really big family, that's a good deal. Great access to the beach. The property is a little older. But is great walking distance from other things to do.

The building itself is a bit run down. There is a good coffee shop but the bar is not worth it. The whole place needs to be updated or at least decorated. The unit was very nice, spacious, clean with a cute balcony with a view and nice sheets and pillows but the mattresses need to be replaced. The location was good and convenient, with a great Lechoneria near by and the great ESJ Hotel next door with a beautiful lobby with bars etc. Also super convenient to the airport .

The location is great but the room was outdated, moldy bathroom, extra towels were an additional charge, unwelcoming staff. Cannot recommend this one. Pool is still under renovation for 2+ years.

the internet was working and the exit to go to the Beach was unavailable to use , also I paid for cleaning but had to clean remove my own trash, also the safe in the closet was unavailable to use, also when we arrive it took us a hour to get into the room, me and the front Desk called all the number list to get intouch so i could get in the room.

All unit covered in mold. Smell horrible. All building falling a part. Half of our stay we had no water. No shower or toilet. And they deducted money from security deposit for stained towel.

The room was nice and I would stay here again. The only reason I rate it two stars is because customer service was not the greatest. I had two incidents where I needed to communicate with the management company but they were not really reasonable or considerate. Just to give a little insight, the room was stocked with half a roll of toilet paper. When I ran out, I looked around the room to see if there was extra but there was none. When I reached out to the management company, they said they stock every room with two rolls and if I ran out that I would need to go buy my own. What I was trying to explain is that I never had two rolls in my room and was trying to see if I could get another one since it was never properly stocked, but they did not budge and I had to go out and buy my own. I had another issue of being overcharged with my towels but that’s another story. Overall, nice room as it was cleaned and organized and had nice views, but the customer service was unfortunate.
