Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so poor that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, the problems started. The front gate was open, which makes us feel unsafe. There was any staff at the location. The room itself was far below expectations: smell like cigarettes, cannabis and very moist.
False Advertising – The Photos Are a Complete Lie. I’m honestly shocked at how misleading the photos of this hotel are. The pictures online made it look like a modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay—but the reality couldn’t be further from that. the furniture was old and worn out. The ceiling is falling apart. There is not a jacuzzi or anything similar like the pictures.
I feel completely deceived by the hotel’s online presence. It’s false advertising at its worst, and I will definitely not be staying here again. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere if you’re looking for an honest experience.
The hotel looked totally different than on the website. It was dirty, old, not updated at all. Broken bed, dirty bed sheets, broken sofa, cracked ceiling, tv remote was broken so there was no way to watch tv. It smelled bad.
It has nothing, not a table, chair, or nightstand. It's a small board on the wall, a single electrical outlet. You couldn't even charge your phone. The area is horrible. You have nowhere to park. You have to come back early if you want to be safe. You're supposed to go for a walk and come back late. And the worst part is that the sheet is a pillow, meaning you have to make your bed. Bad, not really bad. I regret that place and I don't recommend it.
****READ PLEASE ****
This was my second — and definitely last — stay at this property. I made the mistake of giving it another chance, and I deeply regret it. Please read this before booking.
1. Severe Mold in Lobby: There is a serious mold issue in the lobby area — I have photographic evidence. This is a major health concern that should not be ignored.
2. False Advertising: The online photos are completely misleading. Unless you book Rooms 14 or 15, expect to be crammed into a tiny, claustrophobic box. There is barely space to walk. You open the door and you’re face-to-face with the bed.
3. Flooded Bathroom Setup: The showers have no doors or curtains, so water spills directly into the bedroom area. Our floors were soaked.
4. Insecure Rooms: The locks on the doors do not function properly. We felt completely unsafe during our stay.
5. Constant Noise: The environment is incredibly loud. Do not expect any peace or rest here.
6. Rude, Inefficient Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff are rude and dismissive. When I politely asked for clean towels, one told me they “only clean every three days” and that daily service is unnecessary — completely unacceptable.
I am currently disputing the charges with my bank. Customer service is unresponsive, and even when you do get through, they’re unhelpful and unwilling to fix anything.
This stay was a disaster. Save yourself the frustration — book elsewhere.
Did not have high expectations when I booked this hostel but was hoping for the best. Reviews on Google are mostly accurate for this place. The walls for the room are paper thin and you can hear every noise. The bathroom was fairly clean but the shower head had weak flow and some days the hot water supply was not adequate. The showers don’t have real shower curtains or doors to prevent bathroom floor from getting wet. The hotel room door and lock did not make me feel protected. The room smelled moldy and there were leaks everywhere. Drunk guests at night could be heard which disturbed my sleep. From the main guest house, leaks from the ceiling were easily seen.Housekeeping services were rude and had a negative attitude when asked if they could clean out room daily when booking it clearly states daily housekeeping services. Bottom line you get what you get paid for and I will not be staying here again.
The location is convenient to the areas such as the beach and some restaurants. However, the condition of the property is very poor. Our bathroom did not have tiles, we showered in painted cement. The shower didn’t even have a curtain or door so the water will run out to where the toilet area was. The lobby was moldy and they had a bucket collecting the water that was dripping from the ceiling. We called for room cleaning and was they only clean rooms every 3 days. On booking description it lists that room cleaning is done daily. Cleaning staff was rude.Overall, I would rate this place 2/5. Will not be coming back again.
This property looked nothing like the pictures. There was not hot water for our showers . They give you 1 towel for your entire stay . But no wash cloth or hand towels. They dont tell you that you have to empty the de humidifier twice a day to keep your floors dry . Well ed Puerto Rico.. but not the location we stayed in it was run down . Getting food was a challenge
If you eant to feel like you have beento hell on vacation then stay here. The property is spit into 2 different sites with scary houses in between. There is no staff on site. The pictures are not accurate at all. There were bugs and hair in the bed. The couch/pullout bed was broken. It smelled of mold and disappointment. Do not stay here

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The gate with a code was broken so anyone could just enter. The windows opened even if they were closed it could still be opened. The room smelled like it wasn’t cleaned and it smelled dusty .walls are very thin. bed blocked the door to open the bathroom. The beds wooden planks were all fallen so we had to lift up the bed to fix them
