The Travelocity reservation clearly says free airport shuttle I double checked and have a copy if you need it. However the shuttle driver charged me $25 upon arrival after a ten minute trip and did not have change so I ended up paying $40 for a “free airport shuttle”

The food was gross. the pictures they use to describe the hotel does not look like it when you get there. tell me how a whole hotel runs out of water and mind you it rain the day before but they said thats why it ran out of water. worse experience ever

Loved staying here. It was quiet and lots of space and has 3 swimming pools. We were upgraded to a larger suite because the room we were gonna stay in was under repair. Overall a good experience.

The pool bar was not open because it was a weekday. It was very boring. No entertainment at all. The restaurant on site food was not good. The rooms need major updating. The shower is a huge jacuzzi tub so any older person will be unable to shower.

Old and gross - don’t stay here!!!

Would never stay here again. Very run down, needs major investments. Dirty and old. We had 2 rooms - in one we found 2 roaches and in the other the bathtub was so disgusting, the kids had to shower with flip flops.

I didn’t get to explore much around, due to excursions, but check in took over an hr due to only having one person working the front desk. People started cutting and he allowed it, it seemed he was overwhelmed so just started taking people and answering their questions while he had a line waiting. Feel like the pool could’ve been better but overall the kids had fun. Not the best stay, but for price I guess it made sense. However, their breakfast was good and staff there was friendly.
