There was a staff member that made a weird, uncomfortable joke when I was checking-in. Started my trip off bad. Room was okay. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes. And the towel rack was on the floor.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a family trip. The location is great- lots of dining options, public transportation, and a cute walkable neighborhood. The hotel itself is pretty basic but had parking available for our car. The only real thing we had to complain about was the time it takes for the water to heat up for a shower. Would stay here again for short trips.

Property itself was very good, though the street noise was quite loud. Property manager was very nice and allowed us an early check-in no problem. Would stay again, next time not it a room facing the street.

The room wasn't clean in general. The bathroom had a lot of mold on the walls. But the worst part was the very strong musty smell. I had to go out and buy bleach and disinfectant to clean the room and bathroom. I also bought an odor eliminator, and the towels were stained. One positive thing was the location. Close to the most iconic places!

Actually, the whole place was terrible. I wasn’t able to come because I had a gallbladder attack and ended up in the hospital the night before and I was flying across the country and they were unwilling to give me a credit for another day or do anything I will never come there. I will never stay there, and I will never recommend it to a single soul. Your selfish jerks

Alright for the price.

First room was close to the streets, 212 (avoid that room. Can hear street noise and people going up and down the stairs. The room is also very small. Was moved on the second night to a bigger room. Rooms have a very old smell to them, requiring airing out. Beds are nice and firm. There are plenty of hot water. Clean towels daily. Great location in the Marina District. Close to many restaurants and easy to get to Fisherman Wharf via bus or Waymo.

I have booked and stayed here twice in the past year. Neighborhood has great restaurants and specialty markets within walking distance. We enjoyed the rooftop patio area with the night lights after a day of exploring the city. Simple, clean and the right price range. Will be staying here again.
