We were in and out so fast we didn't get to kick back. The bed was amazing and the shower followed suit. The shuttle got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We've stayed here three times now and it will be our go to when going through San Francisco in the future.

The hotel and room images on Expedia look nice and gorgeous, which made me decide to choose this hotel among other options. However, the stay was disappointing. Staff: Nice, welcoming. But at this level, it can be experienced at any other hotels. Rooms (I booked 2): mattresses are clean, restrooms are clean. But lights in room are so dark, old lamps, old carpets. Amenities are all old-fashioned stuff, not renovated. The common area (walking isle between rooms) is also out-of-date, old telephones, dated wallpapers. Elevators were even worse: making lots of noise. The common area near the reception was leaking from the ceiling, so the staff put a big garbage bin to collect the water. To summarize, I've experience quite alot hotels in the IHG and this one was far from the good expectation.

First room I received smelt horribly of cigarettes, staff was rude and slow to answer accommodations, next night my room roof collapsed ruining clothes and toiletries with the debris from the ceiling. Staff was horrible to me and my party throughout this process. DO NOT COME HERE.

The staff was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The shower did not work. I only had a cold water. The phone did not work to contact the front desk or room service. There were no blankets. There were hairs on the bed. Room service ends really early. It wasn’t clear if the water and snacks on the counter were complementary or to be charged. I appreciated the ability to check out from my room on the TV.
