This property is excellent! It's truly a hidden gem. Staff is awesome, the breakfast & coffee are phenomenal, and everything is clean & organized. If I ever return to the Bay Area, you can bet I'm staying here.

This seems to be an old-style hotel, but it is elegant and well-kept. I booked a bay side room and my husband and I both enjoyed watching the planes land and depart at SFO. It wasn’t at all noisy and there the hotel abuts a lovely seawall that connects various places along the bay. It really was a find!

Everything was fine except that at 3:30 am I discovered there was no working hair dryer in the room and no one at the desk to get one from until about 30 minutes after I asked, by which time a hair dryer was moot.

Next to the airport was good. The only problem was the view it said street views but had more of the side of building then the street and ask if I can change it’s was a $40 upgrade and it was 8 pm and leaving the next day. I was hoping a move to a better view instead of the side building

This property was convenient to the airport. My only complaint was that the shuttle didn’t run from 12 to 3 in the afternoon. Our flights didn’t coincide with that so we ended up having to pay for an Uber.

Put us in a room right next to pool/spa area and event room. The event room was a having a childs birthday party. Alot of people (children, adults, dogs) rumning downstairs and hallways. We moved rooms to the garden area. Calming with the koi pond and small hot tub.... Alot of people started gathering with food, beverages etc. Turns out the pool area was closed because on an earlier date, someone had used the pool as a restroom! We were never informed of this when we checked in only found out the next day. There were at least 13 children in the Very Small hot tub now turned swimming pool and 8-10 adults moving tables around. The next morning I informed the front end staff that there was trash on the grounds and in the hot tub. Also, that some "gentleman" left his boxers hanging on the gate!

Good stay near SFO

This was a perfect place to stay that is actually near SFO. Many other sites tout themselves as close but aren't really. Many of dining options nearby. The front desk service was very good and the room, roomy and comfy. The breakfast looked yummy although we didn’t have time to test it. The airport pickup was great and the drivers very helpful. We'd return again.

We just had a long layover in San Fran and decided to get a hotel for a quick few hours of sleep. This one was close, not too expensive, and in a fun location. Only real complaint was that it wasn't as quiet as we had hoped. The hotel is close to the airport, and you could hear planes taking off occasionally, but that wasn't the real problem. Sounded like we had a heard of elephants upstairs. They came in sometime after I fell asleep after 8pm (5am flight), and were stomping around upstairs as late as 12:30 when we needed to get up in the 2am hour. Made for a hard night, so quieter rooms would have been nice. Otherwise, this was a really nice hotel in a great location. We grabbed some food from a food truck a couple minutes walk away and it was totally worth it. Took it out back of the hotel and watched planes come and land across the bay for quite some time. Was really a pleasant welcome back to the US.

It’s wonderful that it’s very close to the airport. Free airport shuttle is fantastic! The negatives is that there are not many dining and activity choices close by. A fairly log transportation to golden gate , fishermen s warf etc. Nice walking path by the bay and good Chinese food close by. Free breakfast is nice!
