El hotel por fuera no se mira bonito pero por dentro es otra cosa. Muy bonito y limpio. Cuenta con lo necesario para hacer mas agradable tu estancia. Y lo mejor esta cercas de areas comerciales. Muy recomendado!

I don’t like writing a bad review but this when I can’t because I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked the room for one night, but I couldn’t stay because the conditions were unacceptable. - The room was cold, and there was no warm blanket available. - The bed linens were not clean, which made it very uncomfortable. - I stayed only a few hours because it was impossible to rest in that room. - When I tried to check out, there was no staff available to return the key — the hotel does not operate at night, which is extremely unprofessional for a place that accepts guests. - Most importantly, my deposit has still not been returned, even though I checked out on November 20. On the same day, I stayed at another hotel, and they refunded the deposit immediately, which proves the issue is not with my bank but with this hotel. This has been one of my worst hotel experiences. I cannot recommend this place and hope management improves cleanliness, heating, customer service availability, and deposit processing.
