Welcome to your San Antonio getaway — a spacious 1,800 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room for up to 10 guests. Located in the Medical Center area with a private pool, game room and backyard, it’s a great choice for families, groups and extended stays.

**PRIVATE POOL & BACKYARD**

Spend the day relaxing by your private pool then enjoy the covered patio surrounded by mature trees.

The backyard also features a BBQ grill, fire pit, cornhole and comfortable outdoor seating. String lights create a relaxing atmosphere for evenings outside with your group.

The private pool is approximately 18 feet round and 4 feet deep and is not heated.

**GAME ROOM**

The garage has been converted into a dedicated game room with a pool table, arcade machine and games for both kids and adults.

**SLEEPING & COMFORT**

The home accommodates up to 10 guests with beds for 8 plus two additional sleeping options:

• Primary bedroom — Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 — Twin-over-Queen bunk bed
• Bedroom 3 — Twin bunk bed + separate twin bed
• Twin pull-out chair in Bedroom 2
• Folding bed available for one additional guest

Inside, you’ll find an open layout with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The living room and primary bedroom have Smart TVs with cable and Netflix.

You’ll also have fast Wi-Fi, central AC, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and a drip coffee maker. A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.

**MEDICAL CENTER LOCATION**

The home is located in San Antonio’s Medical Center area with hospitals, restaurants, shopping, groceries and everyday essentials nearby.

The neighborhood is quiet and established with mature trees while still offering convenient access to major highways for exploring the city.

San Antonio International Airport, North Star Mall, downtown, the River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, SeaWorld, the San Antonio Zoo and Botanical Garden are all within easy driving distance.

**PARKING & ACCESS**

You’ll have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the backyard and private pool.

The garage has been converted into the game room and is not available for vehicle parking. Private driveway parking is available for 2 cars with additional street parking nearby.

Whether you’re visiting the Medical Center, spending time with family or exploring San Antonio, this home gives you a convenient location with plenty of space and entertainment to enjoy during your stay.

• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.

• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $60 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

I loved that the hosts were very responsive! They seemed sincere and like they wanted to do what they could to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. If you have pets, the property is perfect for them! No carpeted areas for them to have an accident on. The neighborhood was also pretty quiet, and the pool was nice. We enjoyed the entertainment that was available to be able to enjoy the rental. It's a nice little place, but the photos do make the property look nicer than it is. Also, the couch has a funky smell. When we arrived, there was trash left behind around the property, and the bathroom faucets would not stop leaking. Also, the pool had leaves and dirt at the bottom of it. They weren't deal breakers for us, but I expected more for the price we were paying.

Excellent location!

The home was spotless when we arrived even though the cleaning lady was still working and surprised with our arrival. It was during the time change so we thought nothing of that. We would not rebook during the heat of summer since the A/C does not really cool the house. It was an excellent location...easily within driving distance to all area attractions. The patio was nice and the fenced back yard perfect for our dog.

Overnight stay in San Antonio

My family and I stayed here for just one night before our early flight the next morning. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were nice for our family of 4 adults and 4 children. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table. I had a couple issues with the home but nothing I felt needed attention right away since we were only there for the night. Daniel was very responsive and was made aware of the issues so he could make them right before his next guests checked in. Daniels home is only 15 minutes to airport so it was super convenient for us.

The property was nice, it was an older home that did not have enough cabinet space in the kitchen. The toilet did not work the first night but it was replace the next morning which was GREAT! I'd suggest the owner purchase toilet paper holders - I know there is no space to put on the wall but a stand up holder would work great.

Great stay, needs some updating.

Our overall stay was nice. The pool was clean and large enough to accommodate all of us (5 kids & 2 adults). The house was very clean, well stocked (dishes, towels, blankets, etc.) and close to everything. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions or concerns. The house just needs some updating. The couches weren’t comfortable since they were damaged and we couldn’t get one of the recliners to close. The only other thing were the showers. The master bath rod kept falling and the guest shower head fell when turned on. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Renter Beware

The pictures don’t accurately reflect the property. Broken blinds, exposed plumbing, dirty dishes and a smelly dishwasher are a few noteworthy items. It was unacceptable, so we left early. In exchange for not giving a bad review, the owners agreed to a full refund. 6 weeks later and hours of follow up resulted in us getting back 25%.

Very disappointed about our stay

The house has very nice potential,but there was a lot of things that were not done before the stay. I paid a lot of money to stay in the house and I didn't receive the amenities that were listed. My first time trying this out and my last.. Also communication is key I am a business owner and I am big on that and communication took hrs,we traveled a long way for my family to be unhappy. I feel the price was not worth it also there are a bunch of things that we can be charged for but what happens when the property didnt offer all the emeneties and the main selling point being the pool.

Nicely remodeled home with amneities.

The home looks great and is very nice overall. However, attempts to save money detract from the overall experience. The master shower, though beautiful, was barely a trickle and made showering a chore. Worse, we arrived on the first day to find the temperature in the house was almost 100 degrees due to the policy of shutting off the air when leaving the house. It took into the night before it reached a comfortable temperature. If these issues were fixed though, the house would easily be five-stars!

Disappointing

I specifically booked this place because of the pool table and dart board. There was no dart board when arrived. The pool table was too wobbly to play on and almost all pool sticks were too damaged to use. Further into our stay the coffee machine didn’t work. While the place was nice, it was just falsely advertised based on the pictures. The management did their best to accommodate based on the issues but overall the experience was disappointing.

The place looked great in the pictures, but in reality…not so much. The pool had not been cleaned upon our arrival, left for some food and returned as the pool person was leaving and it looked like he hardly touched it which was a bummer since we were really looking forward to it. The game room sounded fun, but it was way too cramped to actually play pool without bumping into walls.The whole house had a weird smell we couldn’t quite figure out, and to top it off, WiFi was not working and we couldn’t connect to the tv’s. Communication with the host was super slow; we had to wait hours just to get simple answers.Overall, it just didn’t live up to the listing. Definitely not what we were hoping for.

Great place, great communication!

We loved the property! My daughter and I stayed here along with her dog. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that it had a fenced in backyard and also a separate gate for the pool. It was also close to attractions. One day during our stay, we came home and the AC was not working properly. The temperature was 90° in the house. We messaged Daniel, and he was quick to call someone out to fix the situation. We really appreciated the good communication and felt like he was genuinely concerned. He told us there were fans in every closet, so we used those and cooled off in the pool until it was fixed. The pool itself could've been a little cleaner, but nothing to keep us from enjoying it. Everything else was extremely clean and they also updated the bedspreads in all the rooms which I think look better than the pictures. It is in the medical district so we heard the ambulances when we were outside, but didn't even notice them while inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication and safety could have been better

The host took a while to respond and a lot of what was in the binder was not accurate like the wifi information. We also notice the front door was not secure, the lick was shaved down weird so all it would take is a swift shove and you could get inside. I stayed for a Bachelorette party with all women and we were really excited to use the pool. However, while talking late at night outside by the pool we realized he was out walking his dog and felt a little uncomfortable. About an hour or so later we thought he went back inside but we heard a sneeze.. He had been staring and listening the whole time so we grabbed all our stuff and didn't go back outside until we checked out. The fact that we were all women made us all feel really uncomfortable with the safety at the house.

Ok, is not Okay

Let me start by saying that the pictures of this properry are very deceiving and don't show the real condition of the property. The neighborhood is in a convenient location, but is a bit dirty and the houses around are not well kept. The property had a funny smell when we arrived, the stove was not really clean, but the rest of the kitchen was ok. We had trouble with the master bedroom bathroom door, we couldn't open and close easy so we had to keep it open the whole time. The couch on the patio was looking very old and not really clean, same with the Grill outside. The corn hole area was ok, but there was a piece of wood in the back that it was an eye sore. The arcade room has an ac unit that doesn't cool enough and it hot all the time. The pool and the deck were nice but the furniture can use an upgrade. The host was responsive, except when it came the time to get our deposit back. Its been 10 days and he said it would take 5 to 7 days. I paid 300 extra to have a party there plus cleaning fee on time. I expected the same in return but I am not sure he has intentions of fulfilling his part. I am not interested in returning to this property and I will encourage others to read the reviews and save you some time and find better options for your stay in SA. I tried adding some picture but the app didn't let me, but I documented everything i mentioned here.

Started off bad but owner redeemed.

First I want to say I’m giving Daniel himself a 5 star review. As he dealt with the problems we had very fast. However, I would like for this property to be fixed before it goes out to public again, thus the 2 star rating for the property (only). When I first walked in I was a little confused as some of the appliance was different from the photos. The sofas was all old, broken and seats sunken in. The dish washer smelt like a dead rat was in there. There was towels in the dryer. The pool (my favorite part) has bird poop all over the seats and the deck. The hallway bathroom toilet only flushed by holding the lever until you see your waste go down or else it won’t flush. The hallway bathroom shower was opposite (hot was cold and cold was hot). The main bedroom bathroom shower was leaking, the water pressure sink was crazy strong. The shower had no curtains and the water leaked on to the floor. We had to use towels to cover the floor. The master bathroom door was broken. The guest bedroom had a hole in the wall and cracked doors. There is more but I’m tired of typing. Some pros - the ac work amazing, the pool was awesome. And the owner replaces the couch within a day and gave us a new trash bin as the old one was broken. The pool table room was cool (until we realized it is a little broken and it is slanted and the pool sticks tip were all broken). Conclusion - this property needs to just fix stuff as what is in it is fine. I have faith in the owner to get this property working nice again.

We had a wonderful stay at place. It was not expensive for the amount of time spent and all the amenities that were provided. Quick on and off to Lackland Base if you're here for graduation. The area around was pretty quiet. Lots of places and activities within shordrive from house.
