"I really wanted to rate this 5/5 because the property and the room itself were well-appointed and maintained. The room especially was nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed and couch and a full kitchen that was perfect to whip up a quick meal. Parking was convenient and the free hot breakfast in the morning had a good variety of options, including mini waffles. Unfortunately, there were a couple things that could have gone better. We were traveling with a dog and while a pet fee is obviously expected, for $75 plus tax you basically get nothing. It was raining hard the night we stayed and we were told to use the pet relief area that was literally on the other side of the property from our room. There was also only two towels in the room so we ended up having to share so we could use one to dry off the dog. Then, the wifi was basically unusable, like could not load more than emails, and even then it was struggling with attachments. Overall good for a single night!"

"I booked this hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The location was great for visiting my niece at the University."

"We came to SLC for our daughter's wedding and this house was perfect to host our extended family. This space allowed families to have their own private bedrooms but plenty of common space to come together and hang out. We took advantage for the LARGE TV room and the hot tub. We gathered in the morning in the spacious kitchen to enjoy coffee, breakfast and watch the mule deer walking through the backyard; so pretty. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!"
