Rooms were clean and in great shape. Few down falls no ice machines. Pillows were terrible had to go by a few TV packages was very poor

Staff was friendly and helpful. Advertised a grab and go breakfast which they didn’t have. The carpets in the hallways and stairs were filthy and there were black fingerprints on the doors.

Abysmal. I stayed for a week and upon checking in, the staff gave me keys to a room which already had a female resident.I returned to the lobby and told them that the room I was assigned to already had a resident, so they gave me a different room. The new room came with its own host of problems as well. The sink kept clogging until it finally decided to just stay clogged which caused the toilet to back up. The bathroom door would lock itself when you would close it so I had to use a screw driver to unlock it just to access the bathroom. “Where was the maintenance guy?”, you might ask? Well, nowhere to be found as I had to ask for a plunger and try to do the guy’s job for him. I reported these issues multiple times to the lobby staff and the issues went unresolved even as I was ready to check out.
