Reported the issue to the front desk in the morning and she said she would have the manager contact me she did and said she would refund me and said she had pest control check and found no signs of bed bugs. I don't believe her at all. Never received a refund from here called the hotel and she acted like she didn't know me. I have left two messages with no call back.originally booked through Expedia and they couldn't help because I paid at the hotel. Avoid this place. Pay for a better hotel and save yourself the headache. "
